Aurelia Petriman is a women's fitness coach based at The Gym Group Pioneer Point in Ilford, working with clients across London and online throughout the UK.
Her coaching is built on something most programs can't offer: lived experience. Aurelia knows the doubt, the comparison, the slow rebuild of confidence — because she walked through her own transformation before she ever guided anyone else through theirs.
Today she combines that empathy with continuous study of training and nutrition, UK fitness school diplomas, and a lifetime spent in sport — to deliver coaching that is personal, demanding and genuinely kind.
